We sell apparel and accessories and provide custom printing, design coordination, and related production services. Available products, materials, colors, sizes, decoration methods, turnaround estimates, and prices may change without notice. Product images and digital previews are illustrative. Differences in monitor settings, fabric, ink absorption, garment dye lots, production methods, and handmade or customized work may cause reasonable variations in color, placement, scale, texture, or appearance.
Custom projects may require customers to submit artwork, logos, text, measurements, quantities, garment selections, and production instructions. We may provide a digital proof for approval. Once a proof or production specification is approved, the customer is responsible for reviewing spelling, dimensions, colors, placement, quantities, and other details. Production may begin after approval or payment, and changes, cancellations, or refunds may not be available thereafter. Estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates unless expressly confirmed in writing. Delays may result from approval timing, material availability, shipping, equipment issues, carrier interruptions, weather, or events beyond our reasonable control.
Prices, taxes, shipping charges, setup fees, artwork charges, rush fees, and other project costs will be communicated through the applicable order or quote. Orders may require payment before production. We may correct pricing or description errors, refuse an order, request additional information, or cancel a transaction and issue an appropriate refund where permitted. Returns and exchanges may be limited for personalized, printed, or made-to-order products. If an item arrives damaged or there is a production error, contact us promptly through our website with order details and supporting photographs so we can review the issue and determine an appropriate remedy.

You are responsible for all content, artwork, trademarks, photographs, names, slogans, and other materials you submit. You represent that you own them or have all permissions, licenses, and releases needed for us to use, reproduce, modify, print, and distribute them solely to fulfill your requested project. You must not submit content that is unlawful, infringing, deceptive, hateful, threatening, defamatory, obscene, discriminatory, or intended to facilitate wrongdoing. We may reject or suspend a project involving prohibited content or a suspected rights violation, without assuming an obligation to investigate every submission.
You authorize us to create production files, make technical adjustments, and use service providers as reasonably necessary to complete your order. You must provide usable, accurate files and timely approvals. We are not responsible for defects caused by low-resolution artwork, incorrect instructions, unapproved errors, inaccurate sizing, failure to follow care instructions, ordinary wear, misuse, or materials supplied by the customer. You must inspect delivered products within a reasonable time and promptly report any issue.
